Personal Computer Support
Our hourly labor rate is $65.00 per hour for the first hour and then $50.00 per additional hour.
There is a 1 hr minimum on all computer repairs or IT Services. After that we bill in 30 minute increments.

You get to choose how much service you want and when you want it.

There is a 1 hr minimum on all computer repairs or IT Services. After that we bill in 30 minute increments.
Blocks of hours may purchased in advance by purchasing one of our Service Contracts.
All service contacts come with our No Wait Guarantee; we guarantee that you will not have to wait any longer than 10 minutes to receive service. Any issues are escalated to the front of the support system.
